Arrival and Departure Policy

Check in – 1200 Hours

Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.

Check out – 1100 Hours

Late check-outs are available on request and subject to availability A recent Government notification requires guests to present proof of identity at the time of check in. Guests are requested to carry with them the required document during their travel

Amendment/Cancellation Policy

Reservation must be amended/cancelled 72 hours prior to the planned date of arrival. Reservations cancelled within 72 hours of the arrival date will incur a cancellation charge of one night. Peak Season cancellation must be done at least 15 days prior to arrival date to qualify for no cancellation charge. For group of 5 rooms or more confirmation for the reservation would only be given on the basis of the 50% Advance. In case of a no-show or cancellation/amendment of the conference/group (in part or full), within 15 days or less from the date of check-in, a retention charge will be levied. In addition, should any participants check-out early, retention will be charged for those nights booked, now being released due to the early check-out.

Children Policy

A maximum of 02 Children below 10 years stay complimentary in the room with the parents without any charges above 10 years are taken as an adult. Extra bed can be provided on request at a charge. Meals will be charged.

Pets Policy

Pets are not allowed.

Transport Rental in in Kargil & Ladakh The vehicle provided to the client is non air-conditioned and is not at his disposal. It is for the specific services as mentioned in the program. In certain sensitive areas the vehicles are not allowed to stop or wait. We request you not to force the driver to stop the vehicle at such places, against his advice.
